Stakeholders and professional bodies in the industry have commended President Yar’Adua for the

A group, Orlu Zurukwee, also lauded the nomination of Captain Emmanuel Iheanacho as the ministerial nominee from Imo State describing him as a man fit for the position of minister going by his experience in corporate business especially in the areas of shipping and oil and gas.The group said Iheanacho’s nomination was “a miracle we should welcome with open hands based on his qualification and  credentials.
Imo State indigenes in Lagos have come out in full support for the nomination of Captain Emmanuel Iheanacho as a ministerial nominee. Expressing joy that an eminently qualified Imo son has been selected as a replacement for Achike Udenwa, the Imo citizens commended President Yar’Adua for his choice of Iheanacho. They observed that Iheanacho is a hard-core transport/shipping professional whose expertise and knowledge on issues of national development is second to none. They described him as an accomplished master mariner, a humble and unassuming personality with a passion to serve his fatherland.
